Return Policy
Each bed and mattress is bespoke and made to order. Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchange or refunds on any beds or mattresses.
If for any reason you are un-happy with the bed it can be returned within 7 days however must be strictly in the original packaging (unopened). You must communicate this with us within 24 hours of delivery and receiving the bed. Returns request after this 24 hour period will not be accepted. Once the packaging on any beds has been opened we will not accept returns. This does not apply to mattresses. They are strictly non returnable. It is the responsibility of the buyer to return the bed to us within the acceptable returns time frame of 7 days. If you choose to return the bed to us, you must email us Whereby we can provide you with the returns address. We can offer collection of the bed however this incurs a collection fee of £150 which will be deducted from your order total and once the bed is received and inspected you will be refunded accordingly
In case of the damaged item please send the description of the damage supported by the pictures straight away via email to us. We will arrange an exchange of the damage part soon as possible
Please inform us of any damaged items and we will re-dispatch your item swiftly
If any items have a manufacturing fault , we will replace them for you swiftly. Please notify us within writing within 7 days.
Please do measure before ordering as we cannot accept any returns due to the bed not fitting within the space available, also please ensure staircase / access ways are high/ wide enough for the larger parts of the bed to go up (I.e Headboard)
Please also check you have ordered the correct colour as exchange after delivery will not be possible
Please also note the swatches / colours shown on the website are the truest form of colour however the actual colour May Vary when you receive the bed depending on the lighting background in your room

If you wish to cancel your order please inform us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will give you a FULL REFUND, if the order has been processed/ dispatched and you wish to cancel it then a cancellation charge of £50 will apply.
