Delivery
We use a local courier company for all our deliveries.
We will aim to deliver within 3-14 working days
All deliveries are to the front door of your property (the couriers are not insured to enter private residences in case of a trip/fall or damage to your personal belongings).
If you reside in a block of flats delivery is to the ground floor lobby of the building only.
Please inspect the item before taking delivery.
We cannot guarantee specific times or days for delivery.
The courier company will contact you directly ONE day before delivery to book you in and give you a 4/5 hour delivery slot
Delivery Restrictions:
We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Any region above Inverness or any other offshore islands.
The following postcodes will incur a delivery surcharge:
IV, AB, PH, DD, PA, FK, KY, TR, PL, TQ, EX, TA, DT, BH, SP including all postcodes in Devon and Cornwall and also coastal areas of country. Please call for delivery charges to these areas.
If you reside in an area where SURCHARGE will apply please Select the £50 flat rate charge before checkout, failure to do so may cause a delay in processing your order as we will contact you to take the surcharge payment before processing the order.
